These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between
Green MeOH GmbH
Ludwigstraße 5, 79104 Freiburg im Breisgau
(hereinafter "Seller")
and consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) regarding the supply of goods.
2.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
2.2 By clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, you submit a binding order.
2.3 The Seller confirms receipt of the order by e-mail. This order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance.
2.4 The contract is only concluded upon dispatch confirmation or delivery of the goods.
3.1 All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT.
3.2 Free shipping within Germany for all TerraMow robotic lawn mowers.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you take(s) possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement.
If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days.
Return costs: We bear the cost of return shipping.
7.1 The statutory warranty rights apply.
7.2 The warranty period is 2 years from delivery.
7.3 The buyer's statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by the voluntary guarantees below and are not restricted by them.
7.4 Guarantor. The guarantor of the product guarantee for TerraMow robotic lawn mowers is the manufacturer; processing is carried out through Green MeOH GmbH, Ludwigstraße 5, 79104 Freiburg im Breisgau, info@terramow-online.de.
7.5 Scope & Duration. For TerraMow robotic lawn mowers of the V series, a voluntary manufacturer's guarantee of 3 years from the date of purchase applies to material and workmanship defects under intended use. At the guarantor's discretion, the guarantee covers the free repair or replacement of the defective product or component.
7.6 Price Updates. Green MeOH aligns the sales prices for TerraMow products with the market price on every working day and passes on price advantages to customers. Only the price displayed in the shop at the time of the order is decisive. The statutory right of withdrawal (§ 6) remains unaffected.
7.7 Territorial Scope. The guarantees apply to deliveries within Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH).
7.8 Exclusions. The following are excluded from the product guarantee: natural wear and tear and wearing parts (e.g. mowing blades, normal battery ageing), damage caused by improper use, disregard of the operating instructions, interventions by unauthorised third parties, damage from falls, transport or weather after the transfer of risk, as well as third-party software/app services.
7.9 Claims. Please report guarantee cases to info@terramow-online.de, stating your order/purchase receipt and a description of the fault. We will inform you of the further procedure (diagnosis, repair, replacement or collection).
8.1 We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health as well as for intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
8.2 In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
8.3 Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11.1 The EU Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (ODR platform): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
11.2 We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12.1 German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
12.2 Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
