Withdrawal instructions for consumers, 30-day return & exchange – As of: June 2026
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. In addition, we voluntarily grant you an extended return and withdrawal period of 30 days.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.
Return costs: For faultless goods (withdrawal without defect), you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For defective goods (warranty), we bear the return costs.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to examine their condition, properties and functioning.
In addition to the right of withdrawal, we offer you an exchange of the goods within 30 days (e.g. for a different model). Please contact us in advance at info@terramow-online.de so that we can organise the exchange for you.
The right of withdrawal does not exist or expires for contracts pursuant to Section 312g (2) BGB, among others for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery, as well as for goods manufactured to customer specifications.

Independently of the right of withdrawal, the statutory warranty rights (24 months) apply. In the event of defects in the goods, you have the statutory claims; in this case we bear the cost of return shipping.
