Where do you ship the TerraMow to?

We ship from Germany to Germany (free), Austria (€9.90), the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France and Denmark (€14.90 each) as well as Switzerland (€24.90). All prices are in euros.

Are there any customs fees within the EU?

No. Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France and Denmark are part of the EU customs union. When shipping from Germany there are no customs fees and no additional import VAT – the stated price incl. VAT is the final price.

How long does delivery take?

To Germany and Austria usually 1–2 business days. To the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France and Denmark about 2–5 business days. To Switzerland by arrangement, as the import is agreed in advance.

How does shipping to Switzerland work?

Switzerland is not part of the EU customs union. On import, Swiss import tax (currently 8.1%) and possibly customs fees apply. We agree these conditions transparently with you before shipping. Shipping costs a flat €24.90.
