What do our open-box grades mean?
Every open-box device is tested and classified by us before it is sold.
The device is flawless in appearance or has minimal, non-visible traces of use. Original packaging often present. Complete accessories.
The device has visible but purely cosmetic signs of use (e.g. small scratches). Technically completely flawless. Functional warranty identical to new goods.
All open-box items are fully tested technically before dispatch. A 12-month functional warranty and a 30-day right of return apply to all grades.
